What will I be doing?
·  Responsible for the development and implementation of data and business intelligence applications to enable effective data-driven business decisions. Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data analysis and reporting portals with modern visualisation tools.
·  Participating in agile, cross functional teams to deliver dashboards, reports and data analysis.
·  Manage Workflow of Stories on Jira/ServiceNow and ensures that they are delivered to agreed quality with traceability;
·  Ensure that all development is as per agreed coding/design standards;
·  Ensure that the code review coverage and unit test coverage as per agreed;
·  Maintain up-to-date documentation;
·  Supports in meeting quality targets and achieving agreed Velocity.
·  Support the prototype and productionisation of BI dashboards/visualisations with analysts/scientists.
·  Effectively communicating complex analyses and findings in a clear and concise manner

What skills will I need?
·  A strong knowledge of and experience using data visualisation tools in day to day work (e.g. SAS VA, QlikView, Tableau) delivering complex reports and dashboards.
·  Demonstrated ability to liaise in a professional manner with a range of internal and external clients/stakeholders.
·  Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
·  Strong SQL skills What experience do I need?
·  Hands on experience in managing large quantum of data in Big Data environment (e.g. Hadoop platform) an advantage.
·  Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Actuarial or other technical field).
