Job description
Responsibilities:
· Provide Leadership over IBM's Framework of Internal Controls: Demonstrate knowledge of the internal controls framework and utilize it to ensure the required control mechanisms are in place and operating effectively within the area of responsibility.
· Improve Controls Posture: Engage in effective communications and teaming within the area of responsibility to identify and mitigate control risk. Collaborate with other compliance and governance functions, e.g., Internal Audit, Trust and Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management.
· Provide Education and Advisory Support: Perform data analysis, identify anomalies, and relevant trends. Aided by established procedures, practices, and senior team members, identify problems and control exposures, and assist with analysis and solution approaches. Demonstrate knowledge of the client's business and control procedures.
· Lead Independent Pro-active Process Reviews: Assist with independent, risk-based pro-active process and walk-through reviews. Assist in preparation of risk-based assessment reports for use by process owners. Work with process review lead to communicate findings and recommendations.
· Conduct internal audits.
· Develop, maintain, and execute reports.
· Reads documentation provided and documents production.
· Talks to subject matter expert regarding the positions.
· Support RPO account manager and Delivery Centre's to complete action plan.
· Support the Global Business Control RPO Team.
· Identify improvements for the Accounts focusing on minimizing BC impact on RPO delivery and maximizing control posture and share with Global RPO Business Control team.
· Prepare Monthly Business Control scorecard and present to Account and location managers before submission on deadline.
· Support RPO account managers to pass audits and KCO testing.
· Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required:
· At least 2 years experience with operational audits
· At least 3 years experience with MS Office, MS Access, Power Point, and Excel, including the ability to work with pivot tables, manipulate data, and format data
· At least 1 year experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking Service) or 1 year experience within a Business Controls environment
· High School Diploma / GED
· Fluency in English
