Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
·  Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and orally
·  Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
·  Ability to translate complex technical language into ‘plain English
·  Able to process and understand complex information concisely and effectively
·  Business oriented perspective to system support processes.
