Are you interested in acquiring a global vision of Business Management in a multinational company? Would you like to actively participate in the creation of market analysis and in giving support on tracking distribution sales and on the reporting for the good governance and improvement of the skills investment in the sales profession? Would you be interested in gaining a broader knowledge about tracking of performance and forecast? Would you like to give support and update the catalog of sales learning activities for our sellers across Europe IMTs?
We are looking for university students who are about to finish their degree, graduates and postgraduates for joining us in an exclusive internship program with specific training in an international company environment, in the areas of Business Management.
Possibility to sign an internship agreement with the student's university or school is a must.
BlueCamp is a program that aims to create a community in which each of you will learn and share experiences and receive training for your personal and professional development at IBM.
If your background is related to Economics, Business Administration or Finances and if you have a high knowledge of the Office Package (specially Excel) you can directly apply to this program. Medium/high level of Spanish and English is required.
Availability from 6 to 8 hours per day is required - in a period of time from 6 to 12 months. Your internship will start right after you have been selected.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· University students or recent graduates in degrees related to Business Management areas such as Economics, Business Administration, Finances etc.
· Medium/high level of English and fluent in Spanish.
· Communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
It will be valued without being a requirement::
· Any additional training or experience in technology areas (big data, cloud, analytics, etc.)
· Postgraduate studies.
· International experience.
· Office tools skills (spreadsheets, documents, mail, etc.).
· Other languages.
