·  ICO workflow failures analysis
·  Define the remediation actions (short & mid term) and related Command center work instructions
·  Control ICO workflow failures while connecting to Pureapps / Cisco / F5 / Fortinet
·  Defect creation for recurring failures and interact with release manager for defect resolution planning
·  Organize and follow the actions plan for remediation
·  Take part with client to the Daily meeting on ICO instantiation failures
