Job description

Job in the VIO organization supporting SAP applications delivering E2E IBM internal solutions and business demands. This position requires a candidate with deep ABAP knowledge along with a technical understanding for the application infrastructure supporting this business. The candidate must be familiar with application development, analysis of work flow errors, restart and activate work flows, manage of WF's, tasks, agent's assignments and rules. Knowledge about the employee Infotype (Actions, Personal Data, Basic Pay Contract Elements, Organizational Assignment, etc.), experience managing OM Organizational Structure like jobs, positions, organizational units, etc. Also knowledge about Absences, Working Time, Separation, Transfer Requests, CATS, etc. Understanding of MSS and ESS class, method and function module utilization, and experience analyzing ABAP code. It's a nice to have if the candidate has experience working in projects using the Agile model and do team work. We expect that the candidate proposes disruptive ideas, think out of the box, to find creative solutions that impulse the innovation.

IT Specialists in this job role have expertise in translating IT requirements in the design, development, and assembly of components to create custom information systems. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and documentation. IT Specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
