Who you are:
Analytic Associate is one who is responsible for providing analytic and database support as part of team that delivers healthcare information and consulting services to large employer and health plan clients.
What you'll do:
·  Able to break a question/problem/situation down to the component parts, identify the information needed to address each part, and evaluate the information in a useful manner.
·  Access the advantage suite database, navigate and search catalogs (e.g., measure, dimension), view measure definitions, create basic reports and subsets, save reports and subsets, run and schedule reports, and export reports. Basic subsets include simple attribute-based filters and simple 'and/or' logic.
·  Look at report results and determine next steps for evaluating data to meet the project objective,and explain the results. Understands the relationship between different data points, can apply reasonability tests and identify when data looks off, and can identify possible next step drill downs.
·  Works closely with the consultant and the client team to run and analyze data using clients database and other Microsoft Office tools to support and understand clients healthcare information needs.
·  Interpret key analytic findings.
·  Manage own projects to meet time and to deliver on-time. How we'll help you grow:
