Coordinateur Plateforme Application Maintenance Nous recherchons un/e spécialiste en technologie et résolution de problème pour travailler en tant que Consultant IT. Vous devrez mener toutes les activités de gestion de la plateforme IATP, à savoir une plateforme développée avec le framework .NET qui vise à combiner quatre pooling sections et mettre en communication tous les membres de l’entreprise. Cette plateforme, gérée pour l’instant par l’équipe du Corporate Office de IATP, permet de gérer la facturation saisonnière aussi. Etant un lien pour les parties prenantes, vous devrez mener des activités supervisées par un/e Business Manager Senior. Plus en détail, vous vous occuperez de : Coordonner les activités du provider Application Maintenance Service, afin d’assurer une gestion optimale de la plateforme ; Communiquer avec le Comité de gestion, l’équipe du Corporate office et tous les membres de IATP afin de définir et coordonner la mise en œuvre des solutions visant à améliorer les activités menées ; Mettre à jour la plateforme et développer de nouvelles fonctions. Vous atouts pour réussir : Diplôme (souhaitable dans le domaine de l’IT, de l’ingénierie ou de la mathématique) ; Expérience professionnelle de 3-5 ans à l’étranger ; Connaissance de .Net + autres langages de programmation ; Connaissance de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Anglais courant (souhaitable une certification); Passion pour travailler en équipe ; Capacité d’écoute ; Orientation client ; Expérience préalable dans le domaine de la gestion de projets ou de programmes Atouts souhaitables : Expérience en tant que Consultant IT dans le domaine de la gestion de projets ou de plateformes ; Expérience dans le milieu de l’orientation client Connaissance de LAN, équipement IT et technologie Cloud À propos de IATP IATP est un organisme indépendant créé en 1948 gérée par un Comité de gestion élu par les Compagnies Aériennes. Platform application maintenance Coordinator We are looking for a technology specialist who is a creative problem solver for the position of Platform application maintenance Coordinator to be involved on the IATP Platform. The IATP platform is developed on a .NET framework and is able to integrate the 4 pooling sections other than connect all members and run the seasonal billing. It is currently managed by the IATP Corporate Office team. The resource will be responsible for ensuring a regular IATP platform service by coordinating the work of an Application Maintenance Service provider. She/he will be also required to interact with the IATP Management Committee,the Corporate office team and the IATP Members in order to define and coordinate the implementation of enhancements aimed to simplify the current activities, maintain the platform up-to date or develop new functionalities. The Platform application maintenance Coordinator will be a liaison between all IATP stakeholders and will work under the supervision of the Senior Business Manager. This position requires a team working capacity, listening ability, customer support orientation and expertise in project/program management. Required Education & Experience - Brilliant University Graduated, preferred IT, Engineering, Math - 3-5 years of work experience at international level - Platform management and/or IT project management experience is an asset - It is preferred a Customer support background - Fluent in English (writing, speaking, understanding) preferably certified by a recognized course (FCE/BEC) - Good command of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) - Knowledge of .NET or other programming language is required - Knowledge of small LAN, IT Equipment and Cloud technology as plus Job Location The position is based at the IATP Corporate Office in Luxembourg, with travel as required. Contract Candidate must be eligible to work in EU. No relocation package is available for this position. Role is a hands-on role with no reports. Candidate’s skills will be tested. Proposed contract: 12 months part time (25 hrs./week) with trial period. The remuneration package will be based on candidate’s background.
