You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible breakfast service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

About you

As a Breakfast waiter/waitress you are accountable to provide all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible breakfast service, making sure that the guest's experience is consistent with the brand promise and Hyatt Corporation standards. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

· Delivering the brand promise and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times.

· Handling all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

· Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other colleagues.

· To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimise damage and reduce wastage.



Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment for 1 year minimum. You are passionate about Food & Beverage and are motivated to change and grow.
