The Hyatt Regency Sydney is Australia's largest hotel and we are currently looking to expand our Lobby Bar Team with an experienced Bartender on a Full Time basis. The Lobby bar team is responsible for the main Lobby Bar, Heritage Bar which is a casual and relaxed style café and our Dundee Arms pub.

Lobby Bar is open from early morning and provides coffee and a light breakfast for guests and visitors and transitions into a late night bar providing meals, top end spirits, cocktails and a unique selection of wine.

We are looking for an experienced bartender that has a passion for spirits, beer, wine and making and serving cocktails. Experience and thorough understanding of classic cocktails is a must.

Reporting to the Lobby Bar Manager, you must be able to provide exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient Food and Beverage service that creates an uncomplicated and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications :

Requirements for this role:

• Previous experience in a bar environment (hotel experience highly favourable)

• Current RSA

• Strong knowledge of cocktail making, wines and spirits

• Full Australian Working Rights

• Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster

• Excellent presentation and grooming

• Team player with good interpersonal skills
