We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Finance Product Control Change Business Analyst , Global Banking & Markets (12 months contract) - Global Finance.

Principal Responsibilities

Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes.

Foster open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations

·
Work with peers across Finance, including Global Finance Operations, and the wider organization to build effective co-operative relationships ensuring minimization of duplicative work streams.

·
Work closely with the Product Control Team, understand and document the issues or enhancement required by Product Control and liaise with the respective support teams to drive solutions and enhancements.

·
Understand and articulate the projects to stakeholders highlighting dependencies and be able to provide potential solutions to any issues.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Working experiences in Product Control or Finance is preferred.
·  Detailed knowledge and experience of the Global Banking and Market products, data flows and interactions
·  Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, building and monitoring test plans
·  Prior experience re-engineering front to back flows in the Global Banking and Market environment
·  Excellent management and communication skills
·  Lateral thinking/problem solving/creativity
·  Project management experience
· 
Ability to draft or verbally present updates to stakeholders and other members of the senior management team that identify progress and explain salient issues

· 
Ability to prepare and review Board and Steering Committee briefing packs
