Job description



In this role, you will:

·
Will have knowledge of the digital landscape inside and outside of the bank and will use this to help shape and develop HSBC’s digital offerings.

·
Collaborating with specialist digital disciplines such as Design, Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architecture and Quality assurance.

·
Production of the Digital Product Analysis document set as part of User Centred Design activity in line with committed timescales and methodology, securing approval from stakeholders as required.

·
Ensuring digital deliverables meet business and customer requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers.

·
Management of user requirements through the digital product backlog and into build and delivery. Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.

·
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies. Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals. Prepare and present reports on the progress and success.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

· 
Prior experience on a scrum team. Ablity to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.

· 
Knowledge in digtal and techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum. Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.

· 
Experience with successful Agile techniques. Ability to work with and lead a team.

· 
Awareness of the testing process and experience of leading a testing function. Experience in strategy formation and operational planning/management.

· 
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues. Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and insight and understand the implications.

· 
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities. High level of resilience and self-motivation.
