We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Support Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

·
Perform administrative and control work on HKMA licensing. Actively coordinate with Markets teams, Human Resource and Regulatory Compliance. Maintain regularly records of staff's HKMA licensing and other relevant marketing certification, e.g. Certified Private Wealth Professional.

Keep record and monitor regularly on all licensed staff to complete all required mandatory courses per HKMA license requirement.

·
Provide analytical, administrative, change and management support to allow market and product teams to execute their strategies and plans effectively and efficiently in a risk or regulatory compliant manner.

Support the standardization across Business Management team, ensuring that all business management functions and procedures are adhered.

·
Support the execution of change initiatives into business processes.

·
Act as a support for client facing team

Develop strong working relationships across Relationship Management, Products and Services and other functional teams.

Support regular reviews on operational workflow, cost control and process and system improvements as well as follow up the remedial actions and plans in order to ensure the business areas are operating effectively.

Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.

·
Act as Business Unit Representative on new non-control related projects and initiatives.

· Support Business Continuity Plan projects and other business issues as required.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements


· 
Effective administrative management, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.

· 
University Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field

· 
Experience and exposure to private banking or financial markets, with front office experience beneficial.

· 
Understanding of securities and credit products as well as local regulations.
