We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

· Assist to deliver strategic roadmap and help line Manager in day to day running of the business.
· Provide assistance to Hong Kong & Macau GTRF BDM management in consistent delivery of business imperatives.
· Assist to implement various Strategic Initiatives for Hong Kong and Macau GTRF.
· Assist in Big Data management for both business generation as well as performance tracking for AMH and Macau Businesses
· Assist line Manager to represent Hong Kong and Macau GTRF (point of contact) on rolling out of global, regional and local initiatives
· Implement robust Sales management, and effective tracking of performances
· Coordinate and run internal and external marketing campaigns, events nominations etc.
· Assist in implementation and tracking of sales practices, including CV input on pipeline and call reports, annual account planning, which are key parameters to measure the success of the team.
· Assist in preparation of marketing campaigns, both internal and external
· Coordinate papers/presentations requested by Hong Kong GTRF and stake holders.
· Assist the line Manager in managing the business initiatives and projects.
· Support best practices/pilot project experience/product knowledge sharing with ASP GTRF.
· Support implementing governance in Hong Kong GTRF.

·  Exposure to GTRF and other commercial banking products
·  Broad knowledge of group strategy. An appreciation of the global nature of the Group's business
·  Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
·  Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic, fast growing and moving environment
·  Strong Project management skills
·  Demonstrate good commercial judgment and strategic
·  Independent contributor, who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode, on multiple assignments, where the team will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse
