Job description
OVERVIEW
To support financial and headcount management across the Cybersecurity Service lines – ensuring each Service Line's Financial position and Headcount MI are accurately reported.
Main Job Responsibilities:
· Financial Control – Support the review and monitor all ledger transactions, posting accruals, prepayments and identify any inaccurate transactions
· Finance Operations: Assist with accurate processing of all payments. Support the processing of the purchase ledger invoices, gaining the appropriate authorisation and raising PO's
· Headcount Reporting: responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date Pioneer headcount data – management of renewals, hiring and exits in the system
· Ad-hoc Support – support the Business Managers and wider COO team in delivering ad-hoc requirements and special projects
Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas
Support the following -
Financial Control
· Ledger reconciliation against expected spend for the month
· Fixed asset register hygiene
· Monthly forecasting process
· Ensure spend is within cost governance
Finance Operations
· Invoice management and processing
· PO raising and Fusion reporting
· Business Framework (cost centre hierarchy) management
· Accrual and prepayment management
· MPP rate accuracy
· Contract management
Headcount Reporting
· Ensure Pioneer and EC are completely aligned
· Ensure Pioneer fields are all accurately populated and complete at all times
· Ensure all systems accurately reflect the correct information for the resources specifically Fieldglass, clarity, Pioneer and EC
· Ensure all MI reflect the same accurate data.
Ad-hoc work
· Any other finance work required to help with the needs of the department to cover workflow and holidays.

· Build and ensure strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, adopting a joined up approach, to execute change at pace with minimum conflict
Teamwork
· Contribute to the development of a high calibre and high performing team, ensuring excellent engagement and motivation levels

· To share best practices, employing a considered approach, with practical and helpful insights and application to enhance the management of financials within the function
