Role Purpose

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:


Impact on the Business [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]

· Facilities successful implementation of the system amendments/enhancements
· Contributes to ongoing improvement of systems and procedures
· Initiate and deliver ever-greening projects/programs, work improvement ideas to fully align with global directions
· Provide users support in the implementation stage of new /existing systems.
· Supports user daily operations in using the single system

Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]

· Interact with key stakeholders to identify and communicate, progress, dependencies, risks and issues
· Contributes to minimize customer service and operation disturbance in contingent situations.

Leadership & Teamwork [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]

· Supervise support of helpdesk function to internal customers
· Act as a project leader for developing and implementing projects in accordance with user requirements and schedule

Operational Effectiveness & Control [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]

· Participate in handling incidents to minimize service / business impact
· Comply with regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy,
· Implement timely recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators

Desired profile



Qualifications :

· 
Diploma or Degree holder at a recognized university or college.

· 
Project management skill including encompassing feasibility study capability, implementation and review monitoring skill, people/resources management skill, planning and organizing skill etc.

· 
no less than 2 - 3 years hand-on experience in banking products or equivalent related in wealth, lending or transaction banking

· 
Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

· 
Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems

· 
Analytical and learning skills, the job holder must have an analytical mind to extract/conclude useful ideas from enormous information. He or She should also be a quick learner to adapt to various new systems/procedures

· 
Presentation and coaching skill, the job holder should have necessary presentation skill to introduce/present the relevant parties of the procedure/plan. He or She should also be able to coach his or her subordinates for their development.
