We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Associate, Customer Service .

Principal responsibilities

To ensure that walk in customers are given proper advice in accordance with the group standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for doing proper fact find and customer knowledge assessment for walk in policyholders

·
Ensure that walk in or orphan policyholders are serviced promptly and attentively

·
Distribution of Direct Purchase Insurance in accordance with FAAN 19.

·
Take personal responsibility and be vigilant against financial crimes when carrying out duties and responsibilities. Know all relevant FCC policies and procedures, and know when to escalate concerns or unusual activities.

Ideal candidate profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Must be familiar with the historical and still selling products of HSBC Insurance

· 
Required to be RNF certified

· 
Must pass CMFAS papers such as HI, M5, M9 and M9A

· 
Must be familiar with the fact find process and Customer Knowledge Assessment
