We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, MPF Operations.


Principal responsibilities​
· Assist the Manager to prepare and monitor budget plan and track the actual against the plan, day-to-day management on financials including invoicing and expenses
· Collect inputs from various parties to produce regular and ad hoc reports and meeting decks
· Oversight on the suppliers and vendors management and execute corresponding supplier management tasks namely contract management, due diligence, review, audit, reports, business continuity, and risk assessment
· Support the Third Parties risk assessment, coordinate and execute the controls regarding Data, Business Continuity, Users AccessSupport the preparation of Third Parties engagement contract for external Auditor review on Control Assurance
· Responsible for ensuring the Business Services strategy is maintained, reviewed and issues escalated as appropriate
· Lead, provide guidance and support to country admin managers across the Business Service and lead, coordinate any central activities and programs
· Support the preparation of Pensions management meeting material and assist the related logistics and meeting secretarial support

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Degree holder, experience in banking sector and complex project management
·  Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity
·  Demonstrated ability to create and drive large scale programmatic change in large organizations
·  Excellent good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Good analytic ability and able to make sensible business judgment
·  Prefer to have Vendor management experience
