We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Mortgage Lending .

Principal responsibilities

To approve new mortgage loans of AMH and MMO, and HML repricing and rescheduling requests.

·
To contact and negotiate with customers on home mortgage loan retention cases, repricing and rescheduling requests.

·
To provide high quality customer service and identify cross selling opportunities.

·
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.

·
To ensure ongoing operational effectiveness and to meet audit standard.

·
To develop and motivate subordinates.

·
To liaise with other departments for improving operational efficiency.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
University degree holder.

· 
Relevant working experience on mortgage product.

· 
Able to make appropriate decisions based on experience, judgment and process knowledge Service oriented.

· 
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.

· 
Excellent decision making and problem solving ability.

· 
Proficient in English and Cantonese.
