Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

•Performs daily operational activities which include the verification, evaluation and analysis of the unsecured products. Ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) with business unit is met at all
the time.
• Ensures regulations, procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
• Contributes towards the continuous improvement of the department.
• Ensures department maintain a high standard of customer service delivery. Enquiries from other business areas are promptly handled.

• Provide support for UAT relating to the business if requires.
• Ensures the local banking laws and regulations are adhered to

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Good understanding of secured/ unsecured lending products.
• Ability to understand written English.
• Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people.
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to multi task.
