Company Graduate Trainee Program, embarking on a structured development program for 12- 24months, within HPE Communications & Media Solutions (CMS).

Communications industry disruptions like NFV, IoT, Digital Services, etc., present Communication Services Provider (CSPs) opportunities to achieve differentiated customer experience, sustainable revenue, and competitive cost structure, meeting the huge demand for new services while continuing to streamline operations.

HPE CMS helps the world’s CSPs grow in this dynamically moving market. With 30+ years of telecom experience, HPE CMS offers a broad telecom-specific innovative solution and service portfolio, addressing IT, networks, operations, care, charging, line of business and mobile devices. We help service providers transform the customer experience by providing content-rich, personalized services that can be accessed seamlessly across all devices. Our suite of CSP-specific solutions spans, among others, NFV, analytics, cloud, IoT, digital services enablement, operational support as well as media and entertainment.

Responsibilities :

Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program. The program includes theoretical training and training on the job, engaging in real delivery projects as part of the team, with assigned task and delivery responsibilities.

Education and Experience :

·  Bachelor or master degree in computer science, software engineering, telecommunication engineering or equivalent
·  3 - 5 years of technical experience

Knowledge and Skills :

·  Demonstrates a methodical approach from previous employment/university work using tools such as MS Project /Office.
·  Experience working with J2EE, relational data base, Unix/Linux, scripts…
·   J2EE / JEE / EJB / Servlet / JPA / JBOSS AS, Wildfly
·  Relational databases (Oracle, MySQL). E-R models and SQL language
·  DEVOPS tools, versioning control: Eclipse, Maven 2, GIT, Jenkins, etc.
·  Agile Development methodologies
·  Strong verbal and written communication using a variety of tools.
·  Understanding of basic negotiation skills - able to balance risk and opportunity.
·  Keeps up-to-date on professional/ technical developments.
·  Demonstrates a \'can-do\' spirit, ownership, and commitment.
·  Able to build relationships, demonstrates a passion for customers.
·  Is able to work both as a team player and independently on multiple tasks.
·  Is able to adapt to a technical environment, is highly motivated and able to manage constant change and ambiguity.
