Responsibilities as a Sales Supervisor:

·  Manage, develop, coach and motivate your sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a highly professional standard is achieved, and sales targets and goals are met.
·  Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
·  Create a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance as well as challenging and rewarding. Achieves diversity and other HR goals.
·  Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business.
·  Maintain sales volume, product mix and margin by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
·  Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience.
