The HPE Global Operations Engineering Team directs and supports our manufacturing partners to build servers, storage, networking, and racking solutions.  The Solutions Engineering team supports the customization of all these solutions in several areas including assembly, test, rack assembly, rack test, performance-optimized datacenter build, test, and shipment.  We work directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and convey those instructions to our manufacturing partners. We provide support and/or lead teams through the engineering development process and implementation of the company’s products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex, and more contained with a defined time frame.  We also work with engineering management to identify and improve processes and program efficiencies.

In this amazing role, you can make your mark by leading projects and programs to implement Quality initiatives. You can lead programs and projects regarding the implementation of Quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training. You will support leadership in driving quality culture and quality improvements within the organization. You will be responsible for identifying and improving process and program efficiency and effectiveness. Also, you will ensure that projects and programs align with the quality strategy and vision. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. How you’ll make your mark:

• You will be responsible for the governance and quality oversight of manufacturing partners

• You will participate in partner quality improvement planning and execution

• You'll own and run improvement projects and initiatives

• You will report on performance with leadership on resulting actions

• You will create an interface with global colleagues with a view to best practice sharing

• You will have ownership of QMS processes in relation to the role

About you:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in a technical discipline

• Knowledge of quality tools and techniques such: Lean 6 Sigma, Statistical analysis of data, Closed Loop preventive & corrective Action

• You have audit and inspection experience

• Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary offered – minimum: 2250 EUR/month, maximum – 3000 EUR – salary is based on experience and agreement
