Role & Responsibilities of the Queue/Gantt watcher

The Queue/Gantt watcher is responsible for the effective, accurate and constant queue monitoring, making sure none of the tasks (cases, CE requests, jeopardies) get into a jeopardy state. The queue/Gantt watcher not only monitors the queue, also triggers the necessary actions to prioritize the workload through workload balance among the OC agents with the ultimate goal of honoring the contractual service level agreements with our customers.

Responsibilities

- Gantt monitoring to prevent and identify conflicts within existing appointments
- Queue monitoring to manage the workload efficiently by prioritizing and distributing tasks among the OC workforce, making sure the contractual agreements are honored by following contractual hierarchy (CTR, SBD, NBD)
- In depth knowledge of the hot & top customers
- Execute the necessary steps, decisions, actions to effectively manage tasks that may be in a jeopardy state or perhaps about to become one
