Scope of the Internship Program
Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. And with our open-plan offices and friendly working culture, you'll have the chance to learn from senior managers who can help you in your future career.

Description:

• Supporting senior pre-sales employees with the preparation of document proposals – mainly new configurations
• Searching, collecting and evaluating of information from different sources
• Active administrative support for Sales/Business contacts working as one account team
• Checking if the specific customer`s requirements according to the contract are met
• Provide quoting support for Sales department and customer (ensuring quotas on time and in appropriate quality)
• Entering quotas and price/financial proposals into the special sales systems
• Assuring all necessary documents for invoicing and tracking of the invoices deadlines
• Administration of Applications for service discounts into the specific tool
• Taking care of legal check, finance approval, credit check of whole contracts
• Tracking of the contract deadlines and proactive approach
• Preparation of the offers into the templates (according to customer expectations)
• Adherence to all policy and audit requirements within process
• Proactively identifies and reacts to customer issues and queries, developing solutions

Requirements:

• Student of Technical or Economic University preferred - 2nd to 4th grade
• Fluency in English
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
• Service oriented behavior and communication
• MS office knowledge (MS Excel)
• Team player with proactive approach
• Customer understanding with willingness to learn new things
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under the stress with good attention to detail
• Shows initiative and leadership
• Willingness to learn and develop skills for further professional growth in Sales area to become Sales representative
