Job Description
PointNext – Technology Services R&D organization delivers Support Automation solutions to our internal and external customers. As a member of this global team, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment. You will contribute technical and business knowledge expertise to provide unique support solutions to ensure best in class delivery for our users. You will work effectively across organizations to drive appropriate business solutions; view alternatives from an end-to-end enterprise perspective and understand the broader implications of technical and business related choices.
This is a college intern position within our group. Candidates should be pursuing a technical degree in a Computer Sciences field or a business degree. Specific assignments will vary and could include portfolio analysis, technical analysis, data analysis, requirements definition, test case development, test execution, process analysis, project management, release management, application security log analysis, security administration, security incident support analysis and/or other functions common to the technical business job function.

Education
· Currently attending a 4-year university
· Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical degree.
· 2nd Year of University completed-typically a technical degree with 3.0 or higher GPA
Experience
· Good technical problem solving skills
· An excellent communicator and team worker
· Ability to listen and determine the request from either auditory or written information
· Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitivity, goal-oriented, motivator, technical/analytical background
· Ability to work independently when necessary
