We are looking for passionate energetic individuals who are working to complete a Bachelor's level (or equivalent) degree.  GRE wants people who can bring a fresh perspective and implement new ideas within our organization. Interns will be assigned challenging positions and projects, providing data insights and supporting execution of strategy in support of all HPE businesses and functional organizations (Procurement, HR, Finance, Communications, etc.).

What is an ideal candidate for the GRE Intern Program? (Education and Experience Required)

· 
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Construction Science, or relevant field, and completed three years  (2022 graduate)

· 
Experience in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration

· 
Experience in project management, business acumen, and critical analytical skills

· 
Geographic/cultural knowledge and/or experience

· 
Self-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environment

· 
Ability to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativity

· 
Proactive contributor who wants to make an impact

· 
Commitment to community/ civic engagement/ volunteering

Desired skills & qualifications

Courses and/or experience in one or more of the following areas:

Basic finance/ accounting

· 
Project Management

· 
Business strategy

· 
Information Technology and/or Information Management Systems

· 
Engineering (civil, mechanical or industrial)

Change management and communications
