We are looking for a Data Analyst position who would do the following 

Responsibilities: 

·  Consult with internal customers (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Sales Ops) to develop analyses that leads to actionable insights
·  Define the data elements and data structures that team should leverage to enable analytical capabilities
·  Wrangle data from multiple sources including supply chain, sales to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.
·  Design and build workflows, with visualizations that support decisions for individual process steps.
·  Support global business teams as they adopt the use of analytics in decision making

Education and Experience Required: 

·  First level university degree or equivalent experience in one of the following areas -  Computer Science; Engineering; Physics; Math, Statistics, Business from a reputed institute
·  Advanced university degree would be additional advantage
·  2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analyst role

Knowledge and Skills: 

Required Skills

·  Highly analytical data enthusiast who enjoys data wrangling
·  Experience with ETL tools such as Talend, SSIS, Informatica
·  Advanced skills of modeling multidimensional datasets using tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Looker.
·  Experience working with large / diverse data sets in Hadoop Environment.
·  Very strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
·  Partner with business teams and drive analytical use cases thru requirements, build and adoption.

Preferred Skills

·  Experience in applying data mining and machine learning techniques in a professional context
·  Experience in building statistical and machine learning models using R, Python, Octave, Julia
·  Experience in building forecast models, segmentation schemes
