In this position you will provide support to Global Channel Services Network (GCSN) website for Americas / EMEA / APAC region through email, chat, tickets and calls.
You will work independently while using standard protocol to respond to more complex process support issues, proactively assist Business Center Operations team and client to avoid or reduce problem occurrence, participates in projects and provide resolution and feedback based on analysis, work as Subject Matter Expert for Channel Partner as per client requirements.
Responsibilities:
It is a daily Schedule from Monday through Friday
• CSN and SAP knowledge is desired* (internal applications)
• Typing Skills (min. 30-40 wpm)
• Multi-Tasking ability
• Internet and Computer Knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Adaptable to different countries and culture requirements
• Excellent communication skills specially written English (or language specifics depending on role needs)

Qualification:
High School Degree – Collage Diploma (based on Country specifics HR rules)
Excellent English and written and verbally skills (Fluent) other languages such is a plus
