Job Description:

In this position you will provide support to Global Channel Services Network (GCSN) website for AMS region through email, chat, tickets and calls.

You will work independently while using standard protocol to respond to more complex process support issues, proactively assist Business Center Operations team and client to avoid or reduce problem occurrence, participates in projects and provide resolution and feedback based on analysis, work as Subject Matter Expert for Channel Partner as per client requirements.

Responsibilities:

It is a daily Schedule from Monday through Friday

·  Excellent communication skills specially written: English and Portuguese
·  Excellent spelling skills in English and Portuguese
·  CSN and SAP knowledge is desired
·  Typing Skills (min. 30-40 wpm)
·  Multi-Tasking ability
·  Internet and Computer Knowledge
·  Excellent Customer Service skills
·  Adaptable to different countries and culture requirements
·  Reliable and Dependable
·  Ability to work independently and in a team environment
·  Self-motivated
·  A proactive and positive attitude
·  Able to work under pressure

Qualifications:

·  High School Degree – College Diploma is a plus
·  Excellent written and verbal English skills
·  Excellent written and verbal Portuguese skills
·  Ability to work in a team
·  Analyzing & Diagnosing
·  Analytical thinking skills
·  Able to adapt to short notice procedures and changes
·  Customer Service Skills
·  Decision making
·  Problem Solving
·  Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
·  SAP knowledge is a plus
