Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal to the company - to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders. Translates business needs into system/ application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems. Assists team members in producing functional requirements for tool development. Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients. Effectively manages client’s expectations. Applies industry and information technology expertise to support proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development.

Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for comprehensive understanding of client’s cloud spend and or cloud security compliance
·  Onboarding and evaluating clients use of MCC dashboards and services
·  Importing, cleansing, validating and modeling data for client awareness, reporting, and decision-making purposes
·  May also be responsible for gathering and defining client use cases and interpreting such into development activities
·  Continuously improving client cloud experience and designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing cloud data using statistical tools

Education and Experience Required:

·  Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  2+ years of Business Analysis experience working within a product or Managed Service Provider environment
·  BS degree in a Business or Technology related field
·  Strong client relationship skills and service orientation, ability to work in a demanding, client-focused, team environment
·  Cloud Service Provider familiarity and/or certifications, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, & OpenStack
·  Prior experience with Professional Services
·  Aptitude for solving qualitative and quantitative problems – ability to deal with ambiguity
·  Ability to create technical documentation (including use cases, requirements, test plans, process maps)
·  Knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity domain and familiarity or experience
·  Able to comprehend basic to complex business issues, translating business needs into understandable requirements
·  Knowledge of Iterative or Agile SDLC
·  Strong research/analytical and problem solving skills and ability to gather, analyze and document information clearly and efficiently
·  Proven ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, fast growing, startup environment
·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Suites
·  Must be able to utilize analytic skills to conceptualize and envision the impact of change, and propose new ways to do business
