We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, specializing in data visualization.

The Business Intelligence Analyst, based at one of our Asia Pacific region offices in Bangalore, India, will be responsible for worldwide business reporting of KPI metrics supporting the several functions across the HPE Aruba organization.  The primary purpose is to provide standardized reports to enable a comprehensive understanding of the business and support informed data driven decision making for senior management.

Success in this role will require a motivated and organized professional that is insightful, thorough, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities :

·  Compile and distribute standardized performance reporting based on key metrics: (examples)
·  Geography – regional trends and sales productivity
·  Product and Services – growth, discounting, and margin
·  Industry – TAM and penetration
·  Customer Insights – Install base
·  Applying forecasting and planning methodologies to support sales and operational planning.
·  Creation of business intelligence dashboards utilizing data visualization tools.
·  Maintain reporting cadence (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) that is 100% predictable and responsive.
·  Drive continuous improvement of HPE Aruba reporting through understanding of business requirements.
·  Enhance HPE Aruba reporting visibility across the business.
·  Work cross-functionally to understand systems and databases to improve data quality.
·  Other activity and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

·  BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
·  4-6 years of working experience.
·  Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
·  Expert working knowledge of Salesforce CRM tool.
·  Expert utilization of SAP.
·  Experience designing and implementing processes and tools to provide operations support.
·  Strong experience with PowerBI or equivalent BI system for data visualization.
·  SQL database querying knowledge, preferred.
·  MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills, preferred.
·  Must be proactive, creative, resourceful and results oriented.
·  Must take initiative, accountability & responsibility for own work.
·  Strong organizational and quality control skills, required.
·  Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
·  Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English required.
