Job Description:

   

Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.

Delivery Support Specialist is a position in HP Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

·  Supporting Customer Delivery Specialist in preparation of leasing contracts
·  Processing supplier invoices
·  Processing leasing contracts in leasing application ( GPO system)
·  Preparing necessary documentation for leasing contracts
·  Booking leasing contracts
·  Perform financial and non-financial adjustments in leasing contracts
·  Perform contract changes as requested by different parties in HPFS (HP Financial Services) organization
·  Support Customer Support Specialist in customer service
·  Prepare manual invoices and monitor invoicing process
·  Verify data regarding leasing contracts
·  Deliver reconciliation of customer accounts upon request from Customer Support Specialist
·  Perform system updates

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor/master degree (in finance preferred)
·  0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
·  Relevant industry qualification where applicable.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  communicative English required
·  2nd European Language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) would be an asset
·  good Excel
·  fast learner
·  good time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
·  team work
·  good communication skills
·  finance, accounting knowledge would be an asset
