What we offer

· Develop and implement off-line and on-line Marketing plans and activities for high value industrial adhesives brands for Industrial Market and Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM) business
· Responsible for new products launches, products life-long management and margins performance monitoring
· Develop, execute, & manage the annual Digital activity plan
· Collaborate with Sales and other functions to identify & implement opportunities to further strengthen the business
· Management of promotional and Trade Marketing activities
· Develop & maintain a true understanding of overall Digital trends combined with deep insight into customers' needs & Online User/Brand experience
· Continuously research trends, monitor competitor activities, perform market segment analyses, & translate key learnings into action plans
· Set tangible targets & measure performance through hard & soft metrics (e.g. ROI)

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Marketing Management required
·  2-5 years of Marketing Experience with Digital/Social Media Communications knowledge, previous experience in Sales/Trade Marketing is a plus
·  Experience with SEO, SEM, Digital Advertising, E-commerce, CRM, Social Media, mobile, & web analytics
·  Excellent verbal & written communication skills
·  Excellent organizational skills, passion, initiative, & assertiveness, outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, & problem-solving skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·  Strong English and Italian
