Supply raw and packaging material and schedule production in production plants to fulfill the MPS, optimizing the involved resources

What we offer

· Creates the detailed production plan by line and shift based on MPS
· Defines raw and packing material required for the detailed production plan, place purchasing orders, communicate them to suppliers and follow up deliveries in quantity, time and quality.
· Follows up receiving goods, differences and payments to suppliers through defined tools (Saperion, SAP) and PO status.
· Evaluates production capacity based on production information (efficiencies, batch size, maintenance periods, holidays, etc…)
· Production plan fulfilment by sku and adjust next productions accordingly.
· Coordinates in the plant launches and relaunches with R&D and marketing.
· Set actions to reduce inventory levels or regular materials, obsoletes and slow movers ensuring service level.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Industrial Engineer, LAE Experience in Planning, Procurement, Production or Supply Chain.
·  1 year expirience in MRP.
·  Office, SAP knowledge .
·  English Advanced
·  Must have car
·  Candidate will have to be in the Toluca plant some days others in Interlomas.
·  Analytical skills
·  Decisiveness and Risk Taking
