What we offer

· Responsible for expanding existing business and acquiring and developing new business opportunities.
· Be a trusted advisor, consultative seller and strategic partner for a number of national key accounts.
· Set up volume, revenue and growth targets
· Build a personal relationship and ensure follow up of the top clients.
· Play the central role between the sales force and other departments of the organization (marketing, logistics, finance...)
· Coordinate/supervise/motivate direct/indirect team

Perfil buscado

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor or/and Master degree
·  3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
·  Preferably based in Madrid
·  Very good and deep expertise in DIY channel
·  Excellent communication skills towards, both internal and external parties.
·  Analytical, creative, persistent and result driven
·  Good level of English
·  Team-oriented, good listener, flexible, with the capacity to adapt to any situation
·  Open minded: strong interest to work in DIY business
·  Hard-working attitude, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
·  MS Office advance user
