The goal of this Graduate Program is to train an expert in Industry thanks to through three different assignments in key locations for Cookware in the Group.

YOUR MISSIONS:
- 1st Mission: From January 2021 - 12 months - Industrial Methods Project Manager (Selongey, France)
You will be based at the Selongey production plant (350 employees) which is the historic birthplace of Groupe SEB and the Centre of Excellence for Pressure Cooker with 1,5 million manufactured products per year (Pressure Cookers, Pots and Pans).
As part of the implementation of the new company project, your mission will be to contribute to the transfer of pressure cookers production between 2 plants in the Cookware division. This project will be the site's priority for the years 2020 and 2021.
In this frame, your mission will be to identify and manage several important parts of this project:
- Be involved in the transfer of activity
- Analyze possible productivity improvements
- Implement new tooling or methods of production to support production goals
- Streamline product supply by optimizing Production and Supply chain
- Provide updates to the Top management on the status of all projects and activities
This project will allow you to discover the overall operation and the inner mechanisms of an industrial site: manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, logistics, quality, social dialogue…

- Mission 2: January 2022 to June 2022 - Process Engineer (Emsdetten, Germany)
You will work for EMSA, a German-based company that designs, manufactures and sells kitchen tools and accessories: thermos, carafes, kitchen utensils, mugs, food storage containers… EMSA factories are located in Emsdetten, Taicang and Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will work on different projects, you will:
- Participate in the implementation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) within the factory: contact suppliers, define the requirements, analyze the offers…
- For the Clip and Close containers, your goal will be to find an industrial technology to mark the products with the Brand: define the process, evaluate the cost…
- Depending on the schedule, you will be involved in other Continuous Improvement projects
Real driving force of change, you will bring a fresh look on those new technologies and will work on their integration in our activities, in close collaboration with the different teams in the plant
- Mission 3: July 2022 to December 2022 - Industrial Methods Project Manager (Taicang and/or Yuhuan, China)
With demand in China growing fast, Groupe SEB has continued to modernize, diversify and expand its local industrial facilities. As well as competitive positions on the domestic market, with its highly significant growth potential, the Chinese plants offer major advantages for export markets, which require extremely competitive cost prices for commodity categories. For Cookware, Wuhan is now fully dedicated to producing Supor's ranges for the domestic market, with expanded production capacities. Meanwhile, a project was launched in 2019 at the Yuhuan site to increase production capacity for innovative and high-performance technologies.
In this context, you will work in the International Engineering team for Cookware and could be involved in different projects in Chinese plants:
- Make a complete technical and economic study to start the production of Travel Mugs in China
- Implement a new production workshop for anti-adhesive coating
- Make studies to reduce emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (COV) during incineration

Desired profile

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a master's degree or equivalent in 2018, 2019 or 2020
- Previous study period or work experience outside your home country
- International mobility
- Fluent in French and English
- Knowledge of German would be considered a plus
