Poste et missions
You will fill a role within the Finance department at the holding company level of a multi-boutique asset management firm. The individual will work on multiple financial reporting and accounting tasks in a deadline driven environment. Time will be spent working on the monthly/quarterly close, forecast and budget process requiring a solid understanding of accounting and financial statements.

Additionally, the individual will assist with the management reporting process, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills. It is expected that the individual will learn and become proficient in SAP financial consolidation financial consolidation software, which is used across the organization.

Work will be performed independently and as part of an international team. It is important that the individual be a team player and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes across a global landscape.

Your main missions are :

• Assisting the preparation of the reporting process (close or forecast) in SAP Financial Consolidation software.

• Contribute to the various ongoing projects within the Finance department such as assisting in implementing new reporting policy, create new Excel models, test new customization in SAP Financial Consolidation software.

• Contribute to the intercompany reconciliation process, perform account checks and run controls to ensure accurate financial information upload from affiliates.

• Create, update and maintain excel files used to support analytics for management reporting.

• Perform analytical review of financial results, assets under management and staffing levels through variances analysis against prior years, forecasts and plan figures.

• Assist in the preparation of executive-level PowerPoint presentations, including monthly flash reports, business review and Board Presentations.

• Track deliverables from affiliates and maintain an organized database of information.

Desired profile

Profil et compétences requises
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance-Accounting related role.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Fluent in French.

• Ability to apply strong problem solving techniques.

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience with consolidation software (SAP) is a plus

• Advance Microsoft Excel skills required.
