At Natixis, you have a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, agile and growing organisation, and to be part of an inspiring team. As our VIE, you will be part of the Portfolio Management of aviation loans originated in APAC.

Your main responsibility includes the annual review of the existing transactions and the clients, the quarterly watchlist memo, the management of the waiver requests received from the clients, the analysis of new transaction opportunities, the preparation of various presentations related to the aviation portfolio.

You will also be involved in the management of the portfolio: review and analysis of the revenue and RWA, optimization of the portfolio through secondary sales, review of our strategic relationship with the client.

This front office responsibility requires a proactive management of each transaction in the portfolio in order to:

- Draft and process aviation annual reviews of credit authorizations, waiver requests ;

- Ensure the timely renewal of internal rating, LGD, KYC vetting ;

- In conjunction with SAO team prepare the DPM opinion for new transaction Credit Committee and participate to the Credit Committee ;

- Prepare ad-hoc financial and market analyses on specific aviation topics ;

- Draft and process watchlist memos, participate to the provision and/or restructuring of distressed transactions ;

- Assess at any time the value of each line in the portfolio, identify and analyze secondary sales opportunities propose lines for sale, set floor price, prepare sales memo and assist with the execution of the sale ;

- Prepare and present a quarterly portfolio review that includes the key points/changes of the last quarter (liquidity, RWA, Expected Loss, lessons learned (as appropriate) on past transactions and benchmarking and anticipation of anticipate portfolio risk and profitability) ;

- Instruct appropriate corrections to Middle Office when errors are detected and report any significant deviation to management (data quality) ;

- Inform management of all key events impacting the portfolio ;

Involvement in various cross-border or general missions:

- Daily/weekly interaction with Origination team in Singapore ;

- Frequent interaction with Aviation AMP team in other platforms (Paris, NY) ;

- Frequent interaction with Risk Department teams in Paris and Hong Kong.

Desired profile

Profil et compétences requises

Education : Master's degree from top Business or engineering school or equivalent University degree in Finance/Banking.

Prior experience : Relevant internship or experience involving corporate financial analysis, structured finance or investment banking.

Computer skills : Pack Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

English mandatory, French is a plus.
