Poste et missions

The Analyst in the Corporate coverage team provides analytical, administrative, and transactional support to the Corporate coverage Team. Specific duties may include but are not limited to the below tasks :

General
• Support the team on marketing products and transactions to clients and related administrative duties
• Drafting written presentations
• Performing market research analysis
Client Management
• Ongoing review and analysis of client commercial activity
• Preparing periodic and ad-hoc presentations for internal and external use
• Calculating and tracking client profitability on both a transactional and relational basis
• Preparing and managing budgets, pipeline reports and marketing agenda
• Managing compliance/credit tools for new transactions
Commercial Banking Portfolio
• Supporting team on new transactions and ongoing portfolio management needs
• Update Credit Analysis for new deals (Financial performance analysis, company valuation, DCF modeling, legal documentation review, industry review, internal rating/ROE calculation).

Desired profile

Profil et compétences requises

·  Basic understanding of credit analysis and financial modeling
·  A basic knowledge of how the markets work and an understanding of important related fields (ie accounting, economics, interest rates)
·  Strong analytical and quantitative skills
·  Prioritization and multi-tasking skills
·  Strong professional presence including self-confidence and maturity
·  Strong initiative – willingness and ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, team based environment
·  Strong communication skills – both verbal & written
·  Strong presentation skills – ability to create complex graphs and tables
·  High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
·  Knowledge/use of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
·  Expected to have Series 79 and 63 licenses
