Role Summary/Purpose

The Tender & Offer Intern will have the chance to gain experience having the opportunity to learn about the T&O processes implemented in a well-known multinational Company. He/She will be involved in the assessment of the offers received by electronic market of public administration and in the optimization and simplification of the Tender processes.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Evaluation of tender documents in order to find red flags before sending them to the Sales force

·  Input of tender documents in the available tool

·  Updating and managing provider register on line

·  Preparing of offers using the available tool

·  Helping T&O specialist in finding technical information

·  He/She will be a reference point for any request coming from dealer, relating to tender preparation
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Law, Political Science, Economics, Humanities Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience

·  Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

·  Effective time management and organizational skills

·  Able to balance multiple priorities and to work under pressure

·  Accuracy

·  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

·  Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction

·  Team player with strong interpersonal skills

·  EU work permit
