Essential Responsibilities

·  Manage business support processes related to GE’s electronic banking system.
·  Responsible for system administration (new user, bank and account setup) and data validation.
·  Responsible for follow-up with banks for service issues pertaining to GE electronic payments.
·  Responsible for bringing about/accelerating process improvements.
·  Manage payment screening process.
·  Manage GE’s electronic payment and balance reporting system processes outsourced to GE’s outsourcing partner.
·  Responsible for checking and approving the requests processed by the outsourcing team.
·  Act as back-up for product support processes as well as back up cross pole BCP.

·  Responsible for generating key process metrics for senior management.
·  Work on key projects allocated to the team from time to time.
·  Responsible for strict adherence to defined processes and escalation procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, “STEM” Majors (Science,
Technology, Engineering and Maths) or Business.
·  Fluent in English.
·  Fluent in Spanish.

·  2-4 years of prior experience in Treasury operations.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to work with global stakeholders.
·  Project management skills.
·  Strong customer orientation, process orientation, and analytical skills.
·  Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access.

·  Candidates with experience on SWIFT payments (MT101/MT103/MT940) will be preferred.
Desired Characteristics

·  Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow your knowledge in in-tech applications.
·  Experience/knowledge of database management systems and programming languages will be an added advantage.
·  Professional experience in Application Support or similar role.
