Role Summary/Purpose

In your role as an Order to Cash you will be responsible of creating and driving accuracy, timing, effectiveness and continuity of O2C metrics (Credits, Billing, Collections, Disputes & Cash Application). You will support O2C simplification initiatives in order to drive excellence to the process.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Consolidate and analyze O2C process information (Credits, Billing, Collections, Disputes & Cash Application).

·  Prepare metric and KPI analysis and explanations for all O2C process.

·  Match and prepare account reconciliations of I2C collection metrics against different databases

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or Business.

·  Minimum 3 years of Billing, Collections, Cash Application (Finance/Accounting) experience.

·  Advanced Excel/Power Point capabilities.

·  Confidence / assertiveness with strong influencing skills across multiple cultures and key stakeholders

·  Proactive/Adaptable/flexible: Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or ambiguous situations

·  Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish

·  Build trust by demonstrated integrity and responsible behavior
