Role Summary/Purpose

医療画像診断装置（CT,MRI、超音波診断装置等）の設置、点検、修理といった保守全般を行うことで医療機器ライフタイムにおける稼働率の向上を実現し、顧客満足度の向上を図るポジションです。また、顧客のパートナーとして、医療機器の機能や性能を向上するための提案を行い、新たなビジネスチャンスを見出していきます。
Essential Responsibilities

担当エリア内サービスステーションの一員として、以下が主な業務内容となります。
－ 医療装置の設置、保守 修理、点検等メンテナンス
－ 機器導入後の技術支援や購入前後のサポート
－ 技術的な問い合わせ対応
－ 円滑なオペレーションよりは、顧客ニーズを把握することによって売上に貢献
－ 案件について色んな方々と連携し早期解決を図り、顧客満足度を向上させる
－ 担当モダリティに関する教育訓練へ参加と技術習得

・サービスエンジニア経験（業界問わず）
・クレーム対応経験
・御客様対応経験
・自動車運転免許
・機械・電気関連の知識
