Role Summary/Purpose
GE Renewables is seeking an experienced Buyer – Parts Sourcing to manage purchase orders transactions. You will manage transactions with assigned suppliers in line with specific policies, strong process to meet the business needs.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Buyer, you will:
· Responsible for managing the fulfillment, of assigned Wind parts suppliers, but issuing/managing purchase orders, maintaining delivery schedules and establishing clear communication rhythm to assure customer expectations are met
· Maintain Purchase Order Acknowledgement into Oracle ERP
· Track in-transit material to resolve any potential delivery issues
· Interfacing / coordinating with Lead Buyers/Commodity Leaders to create purchase orders to proper supplier
· Resolve any Invoice, Receiving, Warehouse NCRs and Payment issues
· Interface with Order Management/Fulfillment Team to expedite needed material
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or college / or High School Diploma (technical preferred) or equivalent knowledge or experience
· Relevant experience in Buying, managing transactions
· Fluent in Spanish and English
· EU Work Permit

Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
