Essential Responsibilities

- Proper installation and maintenance of M&C BENTLY protection and management systems.
- Timely troubleshooting and repair of M&C BENTLY protection and management systems.
- Training our customers and other team members in the proper maintenance and troubleshooting of M&C BENTLY Systems.
- Developing machinery monitoring best practices.
- Implementing M&C BENTLY machinery diagnostic methodology.
- Providing timely diagnosis and solutions to customer machine related problems. In a proactive and reactive sense, assist our customers with machine balancing, alignment, lubrication analysis and rotor modeling.
- Training our customers and other team members in M&C BENTLY Services machinery diagnostic methodology, balancing, alignment, lubrication analysis and rotor modeling.
- Integration and optimization of M&C BENTLY asset management systems.
- Supporting services (remote or on-site) contracts.
- Success of M&C BENTLY Software installations.
- Providing actionable asset information to the customer on a periodic basis.
- Providing timely diagnosis and solutions to customer asset related problems.
- Assist other Service teams and Sales people as required.
- Producing budgetary quotations for M&C BENTLY solutions.
- Fixed Price Proposals for M&C BENTLY solutions.
- Successful implementation of M&C BENTLY solutions. This includes transducer selection based on best practices, electrical and mechanical designs, project management, system installation, system integration, configuration, commissioning, acceptance testing, TRS requirements, and training.
- Provides and or facilitates customer training on our products and our diagnostic methodology.
- Provide internal training to ensure the other service teams are adequately prepared to service our products or to diagnose our customer’s asset problems.
- If a customer does not want a full report, a summary report will be provided prior to leaving the job site. The customer will be verbally briefed on what occurred during the job. If the customer wants a full report the customer must pay for the service required to produce the report. No un-paid reports are authorized without Service Manager approval.
- Timely completion of job related reports and invoicing packages (including SAP entries, timesheets, and expenses).
Qualifications/Requirements

- Possess four-year bachelor’s degree in Electronics (BSEE), Mechanics (BSME) or Industrial Engineering (BSIE).
- Possess a valid driver's license and passport.
- Basic Knowledge for computer and peripherals, as well as software for word processing, spreadsheet and communications, telephone, automobile, basic electronics repair hand tools and fixtures. Also requires below abilities.
- Ability to read and write literature (Email, procedure, report, etc) in English.
- Ability to influence people in their opinions, attitudes, or judgments about ideas or things; to motivate, convince or negotiate.
- Ability to exchange information with customers and colleagues clearly and concisely; to present ideas, facts, and technical information.
- Ability to maintain relationships that facilitate task accomplishment; to cooperate and resolve conflicts; to recognize needs and be sensitive of others.
- Ability to receive guidance and supervision; follow work rules, safety practices, work procedures; meet deadlines, punctuality and attendance standards; work mandatory overtime.

- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites both domestic and internationally.
