Role Summary/Purpose

• Read-understand Engineering Drawing, VGS, API and MOs.
• Assemble / disassemble the equipment and Test per Drawings, VGS, API, MOs.
• Inspect, operate and maintain lifting gears and equipment.
• Perform daily safe work practice and good house keeping
• To undertake the Assembly and Test Sub-Sea /Drilling and Production equipment Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Essential Responsibilities

• Fill up and maintain assembly map, records traceability in MOs prior to assemble and sign off the MOs accordingly after completion of work
• Inspect and maintain all tools required for the job. Shall be a part of QF Project to improve cycle time & reduce COPQ.
• Do proper housekeeping in work area and do 5S inspection accordingly to schedule.
• Should be able to work in a team and work in a shift.
• Should be able to follow instructions from Charge hand and cooperate with engineers.
• Participate in EHS program and proactively involve in improving EHS Culture in Batam Site
• Involving in EHS Framework 2.0 program
Qualifications/Requirements

• Working experience as a fitter in heavy industry for at least 3 years.
• Have experience of assembling critical subsea and surface components, different torque tools etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player

• Able to read - understand Engineering drawing, VGS, API and other specifications
• Pro-active, willing to learn from mistake, hardworking, able to work in shift under pressure
