Job description

Mission:
To train, coach and supervise the Support Analyst team members in order to ensure the proper operation of such team.

A week in the life of

Main reponsibilities:
- To Train the Support Analysts new comers in order to make them operational on their role.
- To Coach the Support Analysts during their day to day activities in order to complement the training and take the Support Analyst at the desired level of knowledge and understanding of the position.
- To Supervise the Support Analysts daily activities in order to ensure they put in practice the knowledge received and are following the defined process.
- To Help the Support Analyst Coordinator on tools implementation and process improvements.
- To give feedback to the Support Analyst Coordinator related to difficulties and improvement opportunities identified during the day to day activities.
- Play as well the support analyst role

Desired profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education:
Engineering grade (Computing/Informatics/ Electronics)
Languages:
Spanish and English fluent
Experience:
1 year experience on Incident Management is needed
1 year experience on Linux platform
Technical knowledge:
Operational system administration (Linux)
Competences:
Ø Good communications skill
Ø Ability to follow procedures
Ø Organized
Ø Fast-learning
