At the core of papernest’s internationalization projects (launch of our 1st call center in Barcelona and entry on the Spain market), you will have an intense, polyvalent role with a strong impact on the development of our Spanish business.
1. 360° / relay of the spanish activities launch
- Coordinate and follow-up actions of the Spanish market roadmap : you will be the main point of contact, both internally within papernest, and externally with our suppliers partners, for the launching & scaling of our activities in Spain
2. Strategy/business development
- Be the main point of contact for our Spanish suppliers partners :
a)Follow-up (sales, set-up) & deepening of B2B partnerships
b)Prospection and development of new B2B partners (on new and existing services)
- Monitor & report on our performance
a)Dashboarding & reporting
b)Ops (call center) & business performance
- Conduct ad-hoc strategic/market analysis & support our acquisition growth
3. Operations
- Assist the Site Manager directly in his day to day activities for the Spanish market:
a)Operational set-up with suppliers (ex. relay with our French Ops/Tech teams for back-office set-up & integration as well as tools automation, tracking of sales)
b)In-site suppliers launch and follow up / improvement of operational performance (scripting, process optimisation, designing training book)
Assist the COO on Spanish operations roadmap
- Top tier business or engineering school
- Very autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Very analytic skills (you master Excel and are ideally familiar with SQL)
- Appetence for operations : you are not afraid to get your hand dirty
- Native language level in Spanish, with French or English fluency
