Our Interior Systems activity is looking for a VIE Assistant Program Management IT Tools (M/F) for its plant based in Valencia Paterna (Spain).
The main missions of the role are:
Participate in the evolution of existing IT Tool dedicated to program management
New requests for changes from the Key-users and user community
Improvement of our budgeting practices in the program management application, setup the usage of multiple currencies
Implementation of staffing practice in the program management application
Simplification of the management of issues and risk management in the program management application
Build a complete view of our program portfolio from Start to End of life
Propose enhancements to increase user adoption through easier user interface (better user flow, simplification of the user interface, simplification of the reports
Use UML for data and process modelling
Develop into an existing software when needed
Manage the written communication and documentation (Specifications, news, training material, ...)
Support the international Program Management Community activities related to the management of the programs and the program data
Further tasks could be trusted to the jobholder depending on his/her abilities and implication
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Team player with extended communication skills and international mindset
Information System background
IT application development methodology background
Result oriented
Fluent in English (a second language is a plus)
Ideally a first experience in Project Management within an international environment
Ideally a first experience with a project management application (Sciforma is a real plus)
Good knowledge of MS Office
